Here's a C&P of a problem someone I know has, any suggestion please.

"Finally got wireless router, first laptop working full strenth signal brillant.

Daughters laptop will not connect, getting full 5 bars of signal saying I am connected but it will not open web pages, done the diagnostics all seems correct turned all firewalls etc off.

Been messing for hours now and getting nowhere"
