clarify Amd processors

Can anyone tell me the difference between ADA3700DKA5CF and or ADA3700BNBOX Amd processors? Appreciated.

This maybe overstreching the boundries (stupid question?) On OC they suggested that that the E6 might be a Toledo X2 in disquise, with 1 core disabled. Question is: Could that second core ever be reactivated if it were a Toledo X2???
