Configuration question

I'm considering two very similarly configured MacBooks, both recertified. The significant differences are:

Core Duo T8300 (2.4GHz) Core Duo P7450 (2.13GHz)
2GB DDR2 667 2GB DDR2 800
Intel GMA X3100 NVIDIA GeForce 9400M
CPU FBS 800MHz CPU FSB 1066MHz (I have no idea what this means)
144MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared 256MB of DDR2 VRAM shared
Integrated Sound Card Intel High Definition audio


My initial thought was that it would be a choice between faster memory and a faster processor, but I figured I'd throw in all the pertinent info in case I missed anything major. Price difference is only $20.

Any thoughts on what to get, and why?

I would take MacBook 2
Why:
- newer CPU with lower power consumption, higher FSB [here's some article about it - the FSB has been eliminated from the newer i-series CPUs since the North Bridge has been incorporated into the CPU itself, but it is till important in the prev-gen dual core CPUs] (the 300 MHz don't matter that much here anymore)
- The graphics card is better - the x3100 is more like a 7-ish GeForce, whereas the 9400M is a modded 8-ish GeForce (more VRAM, too)
- the sound card is better too (for myself, I never really cared about sd or hd audio - it all sounds to me the same - I am completely satisfied with a 2.1 sound system, but this is a potential plus point anyway)
