connect SATA2 Hard Disk to SATA1 port

I'd like to install internally SATA2 Hard Disk on my desktop with SATA1 port.
Do I need a special SATA2 cable to get more transfer speed or I can use existing SATA1 cable?
 
If your motherboard has an SATA1 port, you won't get faster speeds regardless of the type of SATA cable you are using. A connection is never faster than its slowest point.
