Corrupted OS

My problem is , in my office i keep on reformating my Pc due to have an always corrupt OS. Every i turn it on it keeps on loading . And theres a command that some is missing. I got confuse this kind of problem.

I guess that "And theres a command that some is missing" means "And theres a command that some file is missing"? If so, change the HDD or run a diagnostic (none of that MS stuff, something like Hiren's boot CD would be more appropriate).

Maybe your setup disk is no good. What is the error ?

1. What is the make & model of your PSU?
2. Have you tried running Memtest86+ overnight?
3. Have you sniffed around the motherboard for bad caps?
