Im at the same school as Addis and Sheaphead but I dont tend to be stressed about the whole exam/coursework deadlines and stuff. Some people might say hats not the attitude to take but what the hell Ill take life as it comes.

From my experience, the GCSEs are worth jack :swear: I can't think of a single occasion where they've helped me out. I'm not saying you should forget about them though. What I am saying is it's not the end of the world if they go wrong for you.

Well Universities do like to see what you got as when you apply you don't have final grades and they need some kind of idea as to what you're good at / what they reckon you'll get after college / A Levels. I'm currently in my 2nd Year of college / 6th form of School and getting more and more bored by the day. I can't wait to go to University...

I went to college, rather then going to uni, so I didn't need the GCSEs I had obtained. Even the qualifications I earned at college are pretty useless :x:
At the end of the day, employers are looking for job specific qualifications such as an MCSE or CCNA (if you choose a path in IT). I ended up paying a fortune for my classes. But I can rest assured that when I've passed the exams, i'll be applying for a job with a high paid salary.

your future depends more on your strength and hardwork not on the Unis. Coz if you take admission in a uni and doesnt do well. its worthless and waste of money~!:swear:

University plays a big role in your future. If you don't do well in uni, it's not a waste of money. Education is worth every cent. If you fail, you go back and do it again. I wish i went to uni now that i've finished svhool and have a job but things don't always go to plan.

Most of the Unis were colleges before they changed into uni. This term university is usually used to describe an educational institution of the highest level, composed of undergraduate, graduate and professional colleges.
You cannot underestimate other colleges in front of Uni's:swear:

Exactly! Life is what you make of it. Better to enjoy it now than waiting for things to get better for 30 years and realizing you wasted all that time.

What BB is describing here is patience! he's right and it is a virtue. Nothing is as bad as it seems. We can sit here (the slightly older folks) and say "high school is easy" b/c its no longer what we know= B now knows 2 jobs and a Fiance, I know two jobs, college and no parents, whoever else here knows whatever they're going through after high school so in our perspective, high school was EASY. As you'll all find out AFTER the fact, but for now, i can agree highschool can be stressful. Hormones are out of whack, teachers crunching you for deadlines, but hey man if you have patience, you'll realize life don't change much- not unless you do something like live in the woods or dessert or some isolated location where school/money doesn't matter. And as Big B will come to know- whatever he's going through now, wait till he has KIDS....oh boy...that will never be easy. You'll never look back and say "man having kids was easy b/c now i'm doing ___)" Ask your parents anyone lol. oh and congrats again on the engagement , i know its been a while :D hope everything's peachy.

My life? I just hate the routine aspect and no time to breathe. Does it suck ? Depends on what time of day you ask me. At 4:30 am when i wake up you'd be greeted with a punch to the gonads, but around 4:oo Pm when i'm eating i'd say, eh its not so bad- i've got my health and i can bench press well over 300 pounds, life could be worse....and if you ask me around 11 PM when i'm playing pc games on a weekend i'd say "life is GREAT!" its allllllllll perspective
