They must of made a mistake on the first one, I don't this ANY i 7 would be 2.3 ghz...they are all 3.0 and up..

1. The one on ebay is Sandy Bridge the one on Amazon is Ivy Bridge.
2. Their clock speeds.
3.The one on ebay is used probably defective or the previous owner doesn't like its performance.
