Hey guys,

what media players do you use? I used VLC player for quite a while but I got bored of it and want to try new things since i'm such a geek :) Here's the link to vlc player download page if somebody doesn't know what it is.

Thanks for the link but I guess everybody has VLC on their machines. What I like about VLC is that the audio comes out better than Windows Media Player.
 
I was using BSplayer once for quite a while. But I guess that playing video should be about playing video and not about fancy interface or a s*itload of features. That's why I haven't changed VLC to anything else in several years and I will probably not in the coming foreseeable future.

Besides all that - since I use macs and PCs alike, I want something that works everywhere. VLC does that, whereas BSPlayer fails.
 
SMPlayer, based on MPlayer ('nuff said...). Plays everything and remembers your last position..... sweeeet.
 
VLC is one of the best players iv come across on the internet, it can play practically any audio/video file.. Before i was collecting codecs from around the internet and archiving them for later use... Looks like vlc have done the job twice over.

I definatly approve of this software...
