DSP 500 Headset Issue

I need some help my current headset went out and I have nothing but my dsp 500's which I could never get installed and I still cannot get them to work plantronics told me i'm missing standard USB drivers that come with windows and thats all they will help me with.

The drivers plantronics says i'm missing are.

HID Compliant Consumer Control Device
USB Human Interface
USB Audio Device

Ok I ran those drivers and was able to install the Plantronics USB Audio Device then another installation box for the Plantronics Headset itself popped up and it's still not installing.

Cannot Install this Hardware
The hardware wizard cannot find the necessary software.

I've tried directing it to the drivers I got off the plantronics site but that doesn't work.

Also before you install any thing, just right click on all the yellow signs and uninstall them.
