Wasn't sure were to post this, but here it goes...
Im getting myself a debit card sometime this week, and I want to use it to get an eBay account.
Now I know that if I use debit, I first have to get a paypal account. Now heres the deal: I am under 18, and therefore cannot get either paypal or eBay account while compliying with their privacy policies. I could always just lie about my age, but this isn't a newsletter or anything... it involves money and credit / debit cards, and I wouldn't like getting in trouble with those :P
I noticed that in PayPal and eBay, minors can use the service with permission of paurent / gaurdian. I have that. They don't tell me how to sign up for an account with parent / gaurdian permission.
Now I know some peopel in my school who have eBay accounts, and they are under 18. Wether or not they got their folks to set them up accounts or not, I've never bothered to ask.
So how would I go about getting an account, preferably under my name and using my card? I wanna make some $ ya know ;)
