Error message on executing setup file.

Hi all,

I’m tried to install a new screen saver downloaded from the net. When executing *.exe file, it gives the following error and halt the installation.



I’m worried about the highlighted line on it. First, it can’t be a virus. Second, I’m sure that downloaded the setup successfully. So what it is pointed on “damage disk”. Is it about HDD, saved the file on bad clusters or somewhere like that?

I am guessing its a virus or something...Where did you get that file from and wats the name of that file>?

It is a Screen Server fromthis link named Snow of Winter Screen Saver. I successfully downloaded.

The Mcafee siteadvisor in firefox jumps to red on that website. The results are here. It doesn't look good :confused:
The EULA of the installer says During the process of installing Winter Screen Saver, you must install
software from third party software vendors. .
