Oh dear!!

I thought that Everquest was meant to be good, after reading about Eve online in the previous post i thought id do the free trial thing for Everquest.
Talk about anti-climax after i'd installed the game.

Not the game i was hoping for, but then again maybe i would have thought differently if i hadn't of played WOW for the last 18 months.

It just seemed so sluggish in comparison.

it's all personal opinion really... I've made a vow to never, ever play WoW. Dunno why, I just don't want to play that game...

I played Guild Wars, the first MMORPG I've ever played, and probably will be my last... Except maybe for Stargate Worlds when that comes out... I'm a huge Stargate boffin. :D

Lol u just now got around to trying EQ? Bad timing. EQ had its golden hour some time back now. It's been going downhill for quite some time now, a lot of EQ or ex-EQ players will agree. All the latest expansions just make it worse. I quit it the summer before last and don't really regret it anymore. (Although I quit not because I didn't like it -- I was still enjoying it -- but because I got robbed tremendously by the GMs. Thats right, not another player -- the GMs! Not that it mattered all that much, I was still ridiculously rich in the game but I was just too pissed at the unfairness) I would probably still play occasionally if my good friend from EQ did but he quit also.

But having said that EQ still has to be way better than WoW :D. Even though I've never played wow :D :P But my friend has played it and from his review I think I would agree with him about all the flaws in WoW he pointed out.
