The videocard is Ati Radeon9600pro.
The idea was to have the s-video output to my TV in another room, while having VGA and DVI both connected to my LCD display, and be able to watch movies on the TV independently of using my LCD display for other activities like webpage browsing.
I tried playing around with the settings but the best that I got was the same desktop for both displays, that is the movie is played on both displays at the same time and the resolution get screwed up, otherwise I would only have my wallpaper displayed in either display :(
