F.E.A.R Extraction Point story line

has anybody else completed this game cause i did it last night and im still confused about a few aspects of the story, does anybody know:
. If there will be another f.e.a.r as this one ended without answerring everything
. why did the girl help you at one point but then at others tries to scra ethe s...t out of you
. why do the supernatural forces, i assume controlled by the girl or fettel kill the replicas

1)No clue. I've heard rumors of a FEAR 2, but I'm not sure beyond that
2.)If you'll remember from the original FEAR, your character is the son of Alma (the girl) as well as Fettel.
3.)Not sure on that one....
