False Starts

Hey guys, quick question for ya.
I recently assembled a new computer and everything is working just fine save for 1 thing.Everytime I turn on my computer after its been off for more than an hour or so, I get a false start. The computer turns everything on, starts booting then after ~3-4 seconds will turn off. When I hit the power button again it boots up just fine. So I'm curious as to your thoughts. I think it might be all the juice required to start everything (the fans etc etc) up, but the 580 W should be able to handle that.

System:
Hiper 580W PSU
intel E6400 2.1Ghz
1gb ram OCZ
eVGA 8800 GTS
XION Onyx case (2x 120mm fan, 1x 140mm fan)
 
Well it can't hurt to test it, right? So maybe you should try finding another (preferably better) PSU and just try it out. *shrug*

I wish I had a better idea heh =\
 
Me too have not exact idea about this problem but you can try couple of tools, might be helpful for you...:unsure:
Check Memory : Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
Check and see if your Mobo is not making contact with the Case..
Do ATX reset, Remove the Power cable from the Back of Case...Presss and hold the power button for 30secs approx and then hook back that cable n then c if problem goes away...
Try Reset your BIOS settings....
