Gainward BLISS Geforce 7900 GT "Golden Sample" 512MB cooler problems

Hiya
I have a Gainward BLISS Geforce 7900 GT "Golden Sample" 512MB graphics card for about six months, but have started to experience heat issues with the graphic card software stating that the card is running over acceptable boundaries. So i have purchased a Zalman FC-ZV9 Fatal1ty graphics card cooler.

Now i am a bit of a noob, and i was under the impression that the old stock cooler would only require the removal of a couple of screws, but this doesn seem to be the case. It seems to be clipped in at the back onto some sort of plate on the card, and i arent too sure where the screws are. There seems to be some black pins holding it in place, not screws. So are these to be broken off? I was also told that the gainward has an unorthadox ram config, and that most third party coolers will not fit the card. SO i Guess my questions are

1. Will the Zalman FC-ZV9 Fatal1ty fit the Gainward BLISS Geforce 7900 GT "Golden Sample" 512MB card?

2. How does one get the stock cooler on?

3. How does one get the Zalaman on!

Anyone with experience of either of these products, can you please help a noob out..??

I aint sure about the stock cooler not coming off as i dont have this card, and i cant seem to find any info on if this cooler will fit on your card, i seen it on a 7600GT in a review though.

There will be instructions with the product on how to put the cooler on.

The stock cooler shouldent be causing any problems like overheating though, make sure your case is clean.

Well, from what I dug up on Zalman's website, they only list two cards that the cooler is incompatible with, and Gainward is not on that list. The black things are push-pins and can be removed with careful help from some needle-nose pliers. Just squeeze the nose so that it folds in enough to get it through the hole. I wouldn't snap them off in case you need them later.
