GFX card and my PSU

hey, I am not 100% sure wot my PSU wattage is, but i am sure it is 400watts and over, or even 440watts and over... i am gonna check a little later to be precise, but i just wanted a quick clarification in that, is a 400watt or higher PSU sufficient enough to efficiently and properly run the Nvidia GeForce 7600GT 256MB??

It really depends on the brand, quality and amperage are the most important.

Don't trust it if you're not sure.

umm ok, well, what i will do is i'll take a look at the PSU in my rig and i'll let u guys know, then you'd probably be able to tell me if its ok.
