Good graphics card for a good price

    Thats OK then. I shall consider an HD 3850 256MB. Are there like DDR3 and DDR4 versions if this card? Or am I mixing it up with another card?

    Also, 256MB will be enough won't it? to run games at 1280x1024? And possibly some at 1600x1200 Resolution? As long as it is enough for 1280x1024 on most things, I'm fine with it. The minimum I will play a game at without any AA or AF is 1024x768.

    I'm also keeping in consideration, the rest of my PC specs - I'm still on a fast, yet single core CPu, still on DDR which is clocked at 332MHz, so I can get a good O/C out of my CPu etc.

    I Only just noticed your specs, there is 0 point of getting a HD3850, a 2x1GB Ram kit should be top priority - then perhaps a 2600Pro or XT. anything more powerful will bottleneck.
