Graphics help please :)

So I bought this pc from a retailer just for the convenience

HP Pavilion p6130f with AMD Quad 9750, 8gb ram and Onboard Geforce 9100

I don't really know too much about hardware but if I understand correctly the 9100 card is my main issue, I'm wondering what an inexpensive fix may be so I can play Aion Online at max graphics.

Any more info you may need just let me know, I am fairly new to this so, sorry if I'm missing anything
 
From what I can find out online, your computer has a free PCI-Express slot which is the standard type of slot to put a dedicated graphics card in. I can't suggest any particular graphics card, but just bear in mind that the more money you spend, the faster it will be. I don't know which country you're in, but I'd spend around £100-£150.
