Graphics Mess Up In Video Games

Okay here are my computer specs.

Motherboard: Asus m2npv-vm
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (256 MB)
Hard Drives Maxtor 120g, Western Digital 320g
Power supply: OCZ Stealth Stream 500w Power Supply
CPU: DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2400 MHz (12 x 200) 4600+
Ram: GSkill 2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
Monitor: Acer AL1916W [19" LCD]
OS: Windows Xp Pro SP3

My problem is I play a game called Team Fortress 2. While im playing the graphics mess up. There really is no way to explain what i mean but i will show you pics i took in game and a picture of what its suppose to look like.

My temps While Idle:
Motherboard: 38 Degrees Celsius
CPU Core #1: 32 Degrees Celsius
CPU Core #2: 40 Degrees Celsius
GPU: 50 Degrees Celsius
Maxtor Harddrive: 35 Degrees Celsius
Western Digital Harddrive: 38 Degrees Celsius

My Temps While in Game:
Motherboard: 38 Degrees Celsius
CPU Core #1: 43 Degrees Celsius
CPU Core #2: 49 Degrees Celsius
GPU: 66 Degrees Celsius
Maxtor harddrive: 35 Degrees Celsius
Western Digital harddrive: 38 Degrees Celsius

I have no idea what could be causing this Please help. There is no set time on when it happens it sometimes it can be ever 5 mins sometimes every 10 sometimes every hour. Please help.

I reckon your graphics card is dying, do you have warranty on it??????

I just got the graphic card at the beginning of this year i don't know how long the warranty lasts but i really don't think its dieing. it seems too soon my onboard video card isn't even dead yet and that's as old as the computer is
 
That was just an idea of mine, these things can happen maybe you got really unlucky but my guess is that your card will have warranty if it's less then a year old. But hopefully someone on the forums with more knowledge can help you out.
 
I would think a dying card would show itself on other games as well if thatw as the case. Try a 3dmark benchamark demo or something else that really pushes the card and see what happens.
