Gt 730 Hdmi Not Working

Hello there!
I have an Nvidia GT 730 graphics card, Asrock H61M-HVS motherboard, Sandy Bridge Intel i3 and 8GB Rams. I also have an HD ready Samsung tv. My graphics card, motherboard and TV have HDMI ports but none of them are interacting with each other.
I have bought a new monitor Full HD 1920*1080, HDMI signal undetected.
I tried downloading and installing a new graphics driver, not working.
Tried differenct HDMI cables, not working.
Tried turning everything off, plugging in the HDMI cable, then turning everything back on. None of this works
My monitor works fine with VGA.
I have looked in my BIOS if there is a possibility to turn on HDMI, but there isn't.
Why I don't understand is because my PC detects both the monitor and TV, but it's not sending the signal, nothing is showing on any of the screens.
Do you guys have any ideas about what to do?
The graphics card still has warranty.

How many different screens do you have running off the computer right now?
Which graphic sources (730/motherboard)?
 
I want at least the monitor to work with HDMI. Nvidia GT 730 2GB DDR3 128bit video card and Asrock H61M-HVS motherboard. Both of them support HDMI and have HDMI port.
If I get the monitor to work, then I would like to connect somehow my TV to the PC as well if possible.
 
Truth to be told, I don't remember. I might have tried once using the motherboard hdmi but it didn't work. Could it be there is a problem with the motherboard?

The most annoying thing is that when I plug in HDMI, it says "No video INPUT(HDMI)". Could it be the video card is not sending any signal? It detects the TV. I also tried using both HDMI and VGA cables for the monitor, works fine with vga and it can detect the monitor via HDMI.
 
Yeah, if it's both the motherboard and video card, there's something else to it. I would check under the video card's controls and see if it's using the HDMI out as a primary adapter.
 
Yesterday I have managed to turn on something called IGPU in the bios. Now I can use the motherboard hdmi but not the videocard hdmi. I can connect my TV to the PC via hdmi (motherboard) but if I disconnect the monitor vga cable and try to insert hdmi cable, still no video input.
How can I check if the video card is using HDMI as primary adapter? I didn't see anything like that in the NVIDIA control panel..

Perhaps there are some settings on BIOS or Intel driver panel.

However, using integrated AND discrete graphics same time can cause problems so I recommend to stick with discrete graphics only. How about connecting monitor with DVI?
