Having choppy video problem...

Alright so i bought the motherboard for compusa, pretty much the cheapest one that was like 120 for a microatx plus the sempron 2800. Anyways i have it installed fine and everything but the onboard vga is like really choppy and looks like the screen is waving and ive updated the drivers for the vga and it still doesn't work...anybody know how i might fix this? Also im having a problem i tried using my agp radeon 9000pro but it wont even come up with video when i try using it.

Make sure all your drivers are installed. They should all be on the cd that came with your motherboard.

As for your 9000 Pro, you have to go in the BIOS and turn off the onboard video, and then install the ATI drivers, after uninstalling the previous video drivers. You might need an old set of drivers for your card to work properly as newer drivers are primarily made for newer products.
 
That power supply might very well be the problem too as you usually need to have at least a quality 350W psu (antec, enermax).
 
And i went into the bio but all i could find even remotely relating to it was "Assign irq for vga" what should i be looking for?

also whenever i try to use the card there comes up no video, and if i try and start the computer using the vga onboard still having the agp card in it wont turn on either
 
The setting is called "Primary display" or something like that, and should be set to AGP if you wish to use an agp card.
