It will work, but it won't be fully recognized. Instead of say 200GB, you'll be missing around 63GB. Not because of anyone's fault, it's just that, at the time, 80GB was really huge (I remember when 40GB was a huge drive), and the limitations of the current address scheme hadn't hit the 137GB barrier. Therefore, there wasn't a need for the OS to have to address this at the time. You can either download it from Microsoft or order it from them for free.
