Help new build wont work

hey i put all my new parts together and then when i try to turn it on all the fans work, including the video card fan. but the screen never gets a signal. I have tryed a bunch of stuff please help :(
 
give the specifications of your machine. without that information we can only make wild guesses.
 
Hi you've got a no post, could be anything from, motherboard, cpu, ram, graphics card, power supply unit, cpu fan. do you get any error beep codes? or if you have an onboard post LED whats the code displayed? I would also check your reset cmos jumper is not set to clear.
