How can I use my 17"TFT monitor as a freeview TV, using DVI port without a PC?

I have a viewsonc VP171b, I'm about to upgrade to a better monitor. I'd like to use my monitor as a TV in the spare room (using an Ergotron lazy arm). Does anyone know of a bit of a freeview tuner with DVI out?
