How good is this PSU?

Ola..all..this is my configuration..

Intel Dual Core CPU 3.0 Ghz
ASUS P5GC-MX MoBo
2 x 1 GB Transcend DDR2 667 Mhz RAM
160 GB HDD
Samsung DVD Writer

Along with this I'll be adding a new graphics card which will most probably be a Zotac 9800 GT..a fan or two and some LED lights..

For this setup I'm considering the following PSU - Corsair-650W Power Supply(CMPSU650TX) - Welcome to Corsair :: TX Power Supply Product Information

I wanted to know whether this CPU will be good for my config..and will it run my system fine?
 
Yes, the PSU is fine. However, if you look around you might find a Corsair 750 for the same price as the 650.
 
i think i saw the 750 like for 10 bux more recently at micro but i could be wrong but the price was never a huge diff between these two drives get the 750
