How to get someones IP address

I'm in the trading business, and I come accross a bunch of scammers everyday. Is there software/website where you can get someones IP address by their e-mail address?
This should help with screening potential scammers
 
What email client are you using??

An email is composed of a series of Headers. Email programs such as Outlook do not normally display these Headers when displaying a message. From these Headers however, the email program is able to extract important information about the message, such as the message encoding method, the creation date, the message subject, the sender and receiver, etc.

Viewing Headears for Outlook Express...
"Properties" from the "File" Menu, or just press ALT+Enter. Next, select the "Details" tab.

Viewing Headears for MS Outlook...
Open a message>View>Options. Or just right click the message then "Options".
The Header information appears under the Delivery options in the Internet Headers box.

I'm pretty sure you can't do that, I tried, and I forgot what it said, but it said something like it won't be compatible since hotmail uses different servers or something...something to the contet
 
You dont have to contact MSN for that,

For hotmail.

In your hotmail inbox go to 'Options'>'Mail'>'Mail Display Settings
