Humble Beginnings... [My 1000th Post!]

I was digging around in my subscribed threads list, and i decided to go to the very end of the list to see what was there, and what i found scared me!

My First Post!!! :O

i also discovered that i had broken hwf's rules by my second post, by swearing! :P I think i only got so far in that thread and then got confused, as i didn't post back after Big_B was possibly onto a solution :P (Sorry B :P)

I would also like to point out, that while my 1000 post is a big thing to me (shows how much spare time i have had recently), Hardware Forums is approaching 100,000 posts!

I'm not sure exactly what my first post was, but this is one of my oldest. The forum has changed so much since then, and the forum search (which I'm sure could be changed) only brings up my last 500 posts...which means I'm only seeing stuff as far back as September.

If i remember rightly, my first post was about my old system randomly shutting down.

If it wasent for me getting banned off this other forum, i would of never found HWF, the previouse forum i was on called tech support guy was preety good, no were enar as good as HWF in terms of community, i got banned for manually blanking out swear words as i was frustrated with my old rig :\, on that forum i got banned on my 1145th post.

I think I found my first post! It was some pretty useless thing about how I thought my speakers were broken when in reality they weren't. Here it is. And wow, after that first thread, I did not come back here for almost two years, as here is my second oldest thread, in 2005.

I found my first too! I bought the components to build a computer for a friend of mine. The mainboard didn't work. Here it is.
