Oh :swear: I've just had a horrible thought

My father received an email from eBay telling him his account had been hacked by a 3rd party. I am just wondering whether that email was legit or not.

I am gonna have to look at it myself

It's very possible. Have a look and see if it all matches up.

I've recieved an e-mail before from 'MSN' about my hotmail account, as I opened it I could tell it was bad, it looked dodgy and the address was another ridiculous e-mail.

It's uber easy to send spoof and spam e-mails.

i get those emails allll the time, i just send them to ebay's spam center and they always say "be careful of phishing and all that bad stuff" but they say it in more formal terms.:eek:
