Ink Leakage Problem In Hp Printer,suggest Me What Should I Do?

Hello, i am Wilson, I just bought a new hp printer and it occurs a problem of ink leakage, I searched in the google and I found some sites and numbers like HP Support and HP Customer service and I got useful solutions but i want more successful suggestions.Please help me.

You have to remove your ink cartridge rom the printer and check if the is not leaking clean the cartridge and restart your printer. The problem will be solve. If the ink is leaking don't use the cartridge call the person where you bought and exchange it with new one.
