Invisible spy earpiece problem

Hi! I've bought one of these Invisible Spy Earpiece inductive Earphone Wireless Gsm! - eBay (item 180355165720 end time Jun-07-09 19:40:30 PDT) from ebay. But I can't hear with it well. The volume of the sound is very low, even when I increase up to max the volume of my mp3 player(phone) and put the earpiece deep in my ear. And I'm not deaf. :) Can someone tell me how to fix it, please!
