iPod shuffle killer

This has to be the coolest most impressive flash player available today. Not only is it the smallest at 1" and super light but it actually has a clear stylish screen, a radio tuner and voice recorder! Now for a package this small I find that just amazing. I don't see the shuffle with those options. 1Gb players start at $130 and come in several colors.

That is the coolest MP3 player i've ever seen!
And i love the name of it too!
If only it was credit card thin i could fit it in my wallet :)

I'm definatly going to get that when I order my lappy later this month most likely. The girls will be all over me then:P

Until one of your friends get one :)
Just don't tell them about it and they won't steal the women!

Lol, damn friends, always up to something. Most of my friends have iPods so I think I'll be alone in my l33tness.

Shopping at Walmart, now? Talk about evil incarnate.

I'm all for Toshiba's Gigabeat series after introduced by a friend. It ain't no inch, but it can hold more than 1 GB anyday.

Everyone knows iPods are overpriced and under-featured, at least they should. Spend $200 more just for a name and admission into the Apple yuppie club? No thanks! I'm half-tempted to get a Gigabeat just to show fellow college students what they're missing out on; sadly Apple's only still selling because it's the established name. They get props for starting the portable mp3 revolution, but nowadays the alternatives are better and better.

yeah whats wrong with iTunes? personally i like it, i do have many other media players though, nokia, realplayer, creative mediasource, winamp...

meh i dont like itunes i tend to stick to wmp, its not great but ive just always used it.

WMP annoys the hell out of me, you have to d/l so many plugins just to do simple things like convert music files, for a price too:confused: iTunes has given me very few problems, it's not ideal but I does pretty much everything I've ever wanted very well.
The gigabeats are cool but if I wanted 20gigs I'd get a hard drive based player not a tiny flash based one.

i've just found that little player in a gadget magazine i have, its been sittng in the corner of my room, i got it in august...

it was a whole page in Stuff magasine with about 1/3 of it writing and the bottom half taken up with a large picture of the player...showing it next to its headphones really does put it into perspective...(i'll take a picture if my webcam works...)
okay it said (typing it up as cant find anything on the net):
Hi-Tech gaming dice, eh? Or should that be die? I get so confused...
You, you do, don't you? This whether you chose to believe it or not, is actually an MP3 player. Forget you clunky iPod 'Minis' and Zen 'Micros', this is truly trouserable and can even be worn comfortably around your neck, if you really must.
Super! That looks like a nice screen though
I don't like your tone. Its a very nice screen. It's an OLED affair, which means it has a wider viewing angle than LCD and is also self-luminous, so you don't need a bettery sapping backlight. All in you have the perfect screen for a tiny player like this and you get a 15-hour battery life as a result.
Tiny? Meaning you can store three song on it?
Actually, this has a rather generous 1GB of memory meaning you can slot, ooh, around 250 tracks on it. it supports both WMA and MP3 too so if you believe the claims that WMA at 64Kbps is 'CD Quality', you can slot about twice as many tracks in. You'd like that wouldn't you tone-deaf boy.
You can cut that out, for a start. What about those controls then? Someone's been taking lessons from a certain Mr Ive...
Since Apple got pretty close to perfection with its clickwheel, you can't knock people for 'borrowing' it. A device this small needs a slick interface and this is just the job. Since it doesn't actually scroll it's not 'lifeted' either.
