misco.co.uk has many world wide partners, check this and according to that page the url you need is

BTW: in the UK Misco is very very good @ delivering the ordered products, however, on some products they are not the cheapest supplier but their delivery is excellent

i've ordered products at misco in the netherlands once,and i wasn't happy with their service.

I would say play.com but I don't think they take PayPal payments, can't see anything about it on their site, but they do deliver to the Netherlands free of charge by the looks of it and their prices are low.
