I'm looking for "easy to build" Web sites through a wizard, just like Microsoft Publisher; are there any other software programs like this that is better
A commercial one is Dreamweaver (but there are other ways...;)
Avoid Publisher like tools for web design, they produce a lot of crap code which isn't needed, not standards compliant and may display differently on different browsers and resolutions.
