Hey there,
I've started having a problem on my computer with a laggy mouse. It seems to stop randomly and not follow my movements, and slowly get worse and worse to where it takes me a good 10-15 seconds to go from the bottom of the screen to the top; stopping and starting as i pull the mouse back and forth.
I have tried 3 different mice; 1 Wireless USB from Logitech, 1 Wireless USB from Microsoft, and 1 Wired Mouse from ASUS. The problem persists with all of them, and I can't seem to find a solid answer on a google search.
The drivers all show as updated, and I have tried a software program for the Microsoft mouse to try and tweak it, but to no avail. I have also tried uninstalling the drivers, but that didn't help either.
The problem goes away if I restart my system, but seems to pop up after a few hours of run time. I'm usually running Firefox and PCSX2 (a Playstation-2 Emulator) and come in under 10% CPU usage on average. I haven't found any reason for those two programs to cause a problem, and I have run my spyware/virus protection programs to see if it was perhaps malware causing it.
I'm a bit stumped o.O
[Running Windows 7 64-bit, Intel i7 9GB in case it helps]
Thanks!
