MP3 Tag Editors

Hello HWF,

Im in need of an application which can:

Once my CD's are backed up onto my hard disk in MP3 format, and there file names and ID3 tags are like e.g. Track 01 - Artist .. I want to be able to import all the new ID3 tags & file names from a text file.

Does anyone know any freeware or trial software that can do this?

I've used Mp3 tag editor - Tag&Rename in the past, found it to be excellent! I did find a few freeware applications but can't remember the names.

musicbrainz is supposed to be very good as well.

Thanks for the advice Sniper and krock. I think I have tried musicbrainz before but it took too long to use and in the end didn't even do what I wanted it to :D Thanks anyways.
