Unless you want the features of the motherboard and don't mind resintalling Windows, there's not a point. If your going to get a new CPU that can run the 333MHz FSB and have the RAM to do it with, and/or have CPU that can do that 333MHz FSB, there's not a whole lot of reason to go to a new board that you can't take advantage of. As for the included features, MSI tends to feature several versions of a motherboard with different features, one is ususally decked out in all it's glory and the others remove a feature or two until there's the basic model left. They tend to have the widest variances of features on motherboards of any company I know, so you can buy one without features you won't be using. Most companies still have a basic and advanced model of several motherboards, but not as wide of range as MSI does.
