just my luck i burned the iso to disk usin the alcahol prog i asked post to boot from the cd but it didnt boot. i didnt think it would work knowin my luck

windows cant even read the cd so must be a prob somewhere so sod it looks like fate has proven itself that my luck isnt that good to get these files recovered

ive burned the iso 3 times, first one using alcahol and the last 2 using deepburner. all 3 cds/dvds were unreadable in windows and boot

see i told you fate wont allow my luck to be this good so screw it i cant believe how difficult burning isos can be even tho ive done it before no problem fate sux!!
 
Maybe the download was dodgy. Check it with the md5 thing.
I couldnt say how it works from experiance becaus Ive never bothered with it.

Odd how even windows cant read the discs! Ive got a program called isobuster which is good for getting data from knackered cds.
It used to be freeware, I think it still is
IsoBuster, CD and DVD Data Recovery/Rescue software (CD/DVD Data Recovery)

Wont solve your problem but incase you want to check there is something on the discs?
