Need a proper monitor for my new rig

Ok so I just spent like 2000$ on my new 8800 GTX rig and I consider that a good monitor should follow. I currently have a AG Neovo 19" LCD which isn't small at all but I'm looking for a 22" widescreen that's not too expensive. What brand and model would you experts suggest?

Thank you.

Hey Illusionx,

If you've already spent 2000 on just the computer than I reckon around 300 for a monitor isn't too crazy then?!

Samsung has a nice widescreen 22'' LCD monitor, the SM226BW which has a uberlow response time.

Here's a review about it, and prices are at the bottom.

Overall? The Samsung SyncMaster SM226BW is by far one of the best monitors I’ve seen in this price range. The extra desktop room in Windows that it gives you is so big - its like having two monitors in one.

I'm pretty sure my next screen will be a Syncmaster series too, I've heard nothing but positive things about them.

Greetings,

Marcus

Thanks for you feedback.
I was considering that monitor but since I heard that is a A-panel badly designed one and a S-panel proper monitor lottery I stopped thinking about it. I read alot of A-panel problems.
