Need Help Please

Yes I restarted my computer and everytime it loads it automatically goes to the "Do u wish to load in Safe-Mode option" and it has a list so no matter what i pick it will show the files loading then it just restarts. Ive even tried installing windows but i get an error when I hit enter WHen it asks if i wish to install windows then it goes to a Blue error screen that says Problem has been detected and windows has ben shut down to prevent damage to your computer. and it goes on. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanx in advance.

I've also tried resetting CMOS by using a jumper.(Not sure how you word that)

Have you run memtest to make sure your ram isn't bad?

no i haven't not sure how i would do that, the comp won't boot to windows no matter what i try. And i did take out each stick and try them individually.

You don't need to boot to windows, with another computer either put memtest 86 on a floppy or cd then boot to the floppy or cd and let it test

Ok so i just copy memt32 to floppy and set it to boot floppy on startup under bios. Then it will just load it up or do i need to type and dos commands in to get it running.

I don't know if you can put memtest on a floppy, never tried never done it. I only see .iso files for download. You don't need to type anything, just put it in and go

Yeah Ok My computer problem just got worse. Now when i hit the power button my computer starts up for like 5 sec. then it just gives up and stops.

What kind of power supply do you have? Also, you should place the RAM in a known working system if possible and run Memtest86+ on it overnight. If there are no errors, you know your RAM is good. It could also be your motherboard, or if you have a bad PSU, the damage could be quite extensive.

nothing smells like it's burning i don't think it's overheating, But what i did do is change the hd from my new(broke)Comp to my old cpu and I still got the same symptoms as I did with my broke Comp. But I tried putting the HD from my old(working) Comp in my new broken one and I got the same symptoms too. wierd huh?

well at first read i would of said you have a sticky F8 key but its alot worse than that, im not sure how to help but someone will come to the rescue!
