what drivers do i need to install to
make my windows expirience index back to 5.0
it is only 3.0

Well, first of all.. Go to the manufacturer website of your laptop..

Find your laptop using the model number or serial key... Then download the chipset, audio, video, network etc drivers and install them. If you search for drivers using windows it will find a compatible driver (not the correct one to be using to get the most out of your device).
