Ok so i've been getting advice from another forum but there is to many conflicting arguments so I'm going to see what happens here this is my computer:

I'm trying to find the best possible upgrade to my GFX and PSU while not exceeding 500$ so far the choices I have been giving are
GFX CARD
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150605
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130782
PSU:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016
The argument with the GFX card is whether my cpu can actually handle running it with "bottlenecking"
the PSU argument is whether I need that expensive of a PSU
I just want the best possible GFX for my computer without making it overheat or have compatability issues, Thank you for your help !
