New Laptop Help!

Right, i've been way for awhile, i'm selling my AMD gaming rig, as realistically i need a laptop, as mine is now broken and rather old.

It needs to be under £500 including Vat, preferably as powerful as possible, or preferably a laptop with an "Ok" gaming card example: 9700 128MB then i can add more memory and things as and when i need it.

Common guys please help me, i've found an Acer Laptop 2305LCI with DVD-RW/1.4GHz 256MB DDR 333 / 40GB HDD & shared 64mb graphics for £390 including Vat. More money isnt too much of a problem.. i just need IF it can be found better CPU or Graphics for not alot more.
 
There is this TravelMate 4101WLMi
i checked price and i think it is £460 from bizrate i think!
 
forgot to mention its specs!
Pentium M 1.6Ghz

60GB HDD

and i think its got an X700 64MB GPU!
