New video card

Hello, I was thinking about upgrading my video card to a better one and I have a low budget of up to 50£.
If you guys could offer me some good cards under my budget then I would be thankfull.
I was thinking about buying a PowerColor ATI Radeon HD4650, but I'm not sure if it's good for gaming.
I was aiming at Medium settings and 1024x768 resolution on Crysis with around 30 FPS.

Oh and an Offtopic question.
How would one change his avatar to a custom one?
I kept looking for it but I can't find it.
 
I wouldn't get ATI because of their bad opengl support.

I would say get a Nvidia 9800 GT but I don't know how much those cost in pounds...

Why not increase your budget??? That way it would be much easier to accommodate what you need.

Anyways if you want to change your avatar to a custom one you need to have more than 50 posts I think.
