Newbie CPU Heat Sink/Fan Question

there are lian li cases that do that, its a good Idea, PSU and HDD's at the bottom with holes running through a plate to get cables to motherboard, then the motherboard is mounted upside down with expansion slopts at the top of the case, looks good i have to say
