No sound card driver installed.

Hi guys, my computer says "No sound card driver installed." Can you help me fix this problem? Please.
The details of my laptop are these: Manufacturer: LG electronics MB: LG electronics Hunter. Thanks!

Do you have a model number of your laptop? It should be visible near the screen or on a label on the bottom of the laptop.

The Xnote series also have a product number, can you find that on the back of the laptop? Alternatively you could use this page to find it: http://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/product/support-product.jsp
