When I start my comp I'm getting no beeps, and my DVI LCD monitor doesnt display anything. Everything APPEARS to be booting up properly. When I do power up I receive no beeps. I've tried 2 different motherboards so it CANT be the motherboards. I've also tried the card in another computer and it worked fine. Specs are :
