First off i have a Dell e510. I have never changed anything on it. Well yesterday i dropped a speaker on top of ell soon as i did that, and the pc automatically cut off. When i tried turning it back on it said he was cut off due to thermal reasons and makes a buzzing noise and cuts off. When i tried agian it cuts on a spilt second and cuts right back off making the same buzzing noise. I took off the heat sync and touched the processer chip and he was, so hot it burnt my finger. Well my question is, is this related to the PSU? Do i just need to get a new one?

The PSU is one. However, if the CPU is getting too hot, then it won't matter what power supply you get. Make sure all the fans are spinning up, and since you've already taken the heatsink off, go ahead and clean it and the CPU off with isoporpyl alcohol (90% or higher) then apply a thin layer of thermal paste (paper thin, too much will act as a thermal insulator).
