pixel shader?

i just got a new computer, and am trying to run a game that is telling me that my graphics card has to support pixel shader v1.1 or above. i think im running an asus motherboard, and the graphics adaptor is an SiS 661FX. the driver is v6.14.10.3611. how do i fix this? i can't find/ don't know if there is a newer driver, and can this gfx card run pixel shader at all? what is pixel shader???
 
The card in question is actually an integrated graphics chipset!
99.99% of integrated chipsets don't support any pixel shading except the newest chipsets made by intel.
Could you tell us the exact model number of the board and what game you are trying to run?
