possible compatibility problem, new pc being an ass

have built up my new pc to the specs shown, have already had to replace RAM and graphics card once already but the problem continues.
it keeps bsod, with 0x8E as the error, i'm certain the RAM is now fine as i have run memtest for 8 passes with no errors, the system is well cooled running at about 30 degrees. i was hoping someone could tell me if the setup is all compatible.

What powersupply are you running, that system specification you are running is a very power hungry system, and if you're not running a powersupply good enough you will be experiencing problems.

For a system like that i would be looking at 550-600W if not 600W or more from the likes of these manufacturers:

Enermax
Antec
Tagan
ThermalRight
OCZ

You may also have a problem with your motherboard if your PSU is not powerful enough.
 
Does the BSOD cite any driver (as an example atixxx.sys) file? If it keeps citing the same file, you might want to replace that file or update the driver package it's in.

While you're at it, make sure all power connectors on the motherboard have been plugged in. Generally, if a motherboard company has put a power connector on the motherboard, it's there for a reason.

The other thing is make sure that you've got the latest Windows updates and have done a full scan for viruses and spyware/adware/unwanted pest programs.
 
The bsod is 0xa since i replaced the psu, it has no driver errors, and all my drivers are up to date, i have run memtest for 5 hours with no problems, my case is well ventilated hdd running at 25 degrees most of the time never going above 35. i've done a fair bit of PC building and repair in my time and i'm a little stumped. all connectors are fixed. no loose cables.

i was getting errors before and found it was a combination of graphics card fault and insufficient power, these two have been resolved so i don't see what the problem is.
